Inflammation of urethra

Etiology-

  • Bacterial infection
  • By stone in urethra
  • Infection in reproductive organs
  • By the use of catheter

Symptoms-

  • Difficulty in urination
  • Blood can be seen in urine
  • Hyperthermia

Diagnosis – by signs and symptoms

Treatment-

  • Broad spectrum antibiotics along with analgesics and multivitamins
  •  Use b-complex inj.
  • Drain the urine with the help of catheter
