Accumulation of watery fluid in peritoneal cavity

Etiology-

• Due to malfunction of Liver

Symptoms-

• Enlarged abdominal size
• Drowsiness
• Difficulty in breathing animal become weaker with time

Diagnosis –

•  by signs and symptoms, watery fluid cones out when abdomen is punctured

Treatment-

• Drain the accumulated fluid by incision or by needle
• Use diuretics
•  Give liver extract along with b-complex
• Regular mineral mixture feeding is necessary for healthy farming.
