Anestrous / हीट में न आना

 ANESTRUS 

If any animal does not show any estrus/heat symptoms even after the puberty age and enough body weight or after 2-4 month after parturition, then this stage of animal is called anestrous.

Etiology -

  • Anatomical defect of reproductive system.
  • Any disease related to reproductive system.
  • Mineral deficiency.
  • Hormone imbalance.
  • Cyst (luteal) on ovary
Treatment -
  • If there is any anatomical defect of reproductive system then there is no treatment for this.
  • If the reproductive system is under development then proper balanced diet along with a good quality of mineral mixture can resolve the problem.
  • If there is any disease related to reproductive system the proper treatment of antibiotics and supplements can treat this.
  • If there is any sign of mineral deficiency then adding a good quality of mineral mixture to the animal can treat the animal.
  • If there is a luteal cyst on ovary the a dose of 5ml Buserelin Acetate or 2ml prostaglandin can cure this.
